Turnkey Programme: Complete Event Production
We take care of everything from the initial idea to the final applause. We create an event your guests will remember by developing the concept, choosing performers, writing the script, and organising the music and visual presentation.
What the service includes
- Choosing a host. We find a charismatic presenter suited to the format and audience, from a formal master of ceremonies to an energetic show host or a folk character such as a skomorokh or Cossack.
- Music for every taste. From live music and themed sets to a background playlist and disco: pop, classical, folk, and patriotic programmes, as well as themed sets about space, retro music, and more.
- Entertainment acts. Guest participation, games, photo zones, welcome areas, and activities for children and adults.
- Speciality performers. Weapon-spinning displays, light and percussion shows, illusionists, stilt walkers, and living statues add visual excitement.
- Choreography. Dance sections in folk, contemporary, and themed styles, including flash mobs with guest participation.
- Scriptwriting. We develop the dramatic structure, schedule, links between acts, introductions, interactive sections, and finale. We take your wishes, local context, and corporate identity into account.
Production options
- Compact format, 1–3 hours. For example: a host, one music section featuring a duo or ensemble, and two or three entertainment or show acts. Ideal for an intimate anniversary, corporate evening, or birthday.
- Medium format, 4–6 hours. A host, several music sets with changing styles, choreography, two or three show sections, entertainment in different areas, a welcome segment, and an interactive finale. Suitable for a wedding, city celebration, or graduation.
- Large-scale format covering a full day and several stages. Coordination of concert, interactive, children’s, and photo areas, simultaneous activities, changing hosts and performer line-ups, and synchronisation with ceremonies and awards. Designed for City Days, festivals, and major corporate events.
