Themed Programme “Towards the Stars”
A space-themed set that carries the audience beyond Earth’s gravity, combining iconic songs about space with original compositions about dreams, flight, and the grandeur of the universe.
The programme is ideal for Cosmonautics Day, popular-science festivals, graduation events, corporate and city celebrations, and performances in planetariums, space museums, and outdoor venues.

The programme
- Famous songs about space. Landmark songs create the atmosphere immediately: “Grass by the House” by Zemlyane, “Tenderness” by Alexandra Pakhmutova, “Do You Know What Kind of Man He Was?”, and others. We select the music for the audience and occasion, from Soviet classics to contemporary pop and rock versions.
- Original songs. Exclusive compositions about space, cosmonaut heroes, distant worlds, and personal dreams of the stars. We can include our own work or, by agreement, songs by local writers.
- Stage presentation. Subtle visual accents such as lighting effects, minimalist scenery, and space-inspired costumes. There are no bulky sets, making the programme practical for any venue.
- Introductions and stories. Short spoken links between songs — facts about space flight, quotations from cosmonauts, and legends of the stars — strengthen the emotional effect and connect the pieces into one story.
Running-time options
- 15–20 minutes — a compact set of four or five familiar hits and one or two original tracks. An excellent segment within a larger programme, or for an opening or finale.
- 30–40 minutes — a balanced section alternating famous songs and original pieces, with two or three spoken links and the option of light audience participation.
- 60 minutes or more — a full programme with a dramatic arc, from an “Earthbound” beginning through “flight” to a climax among the stars. It includes an expanded playlist, themed links, and opportunities for the audience to sing along.
Choose your line-up
- Solo performer — minimalist and atmospheric, with acoustic guitar or a backing track.
- Duo or trio — a richer sound, harmony, and greater dynamics.
- Vocal ensemble with guitar, keyboards, and percussion — the most expressive option.
Advantages
- A universal theme. Space appeals to different generations: adults recognise favourite songs, while younger audiences connect with contemporary arrangements and original lyrics.
- An emotional dramatic arc. The programme unfolds as a journey from familiar hits to unexpected original tracks, holding the audience’s attention and creating an emotional response.
- Flexible staging. It works in a hall, outdoors, in a planetarium, museum, or restaurant, either as an intimate acoustic set or a larger performance.
- Easy integration. The programme fits naturally into a larger event and can be synchronised with space-themed video or slides.
